Delete your SafePath CSP account

You can delete your SafePath CSP account at any time, in the Android app or on the website, or by emailing us. This page applies to the SafePath CSP app (com.safepath.csp) and safepath-csp.com.

Delete it yourself

  1. Sign in to the SafePath CSP app or to safepath-csp.com.
  2. Open Account and scroll to Delete my account.
  3. Tap Delete my account…, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Permanently delete my account.

You are signed out on every device straight away, and SafePath study data saved on that phone or browser is cleared.

Ask us to delete it

If you can't sign in, email suggestions@safepath-csp.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my SafePath account”. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours, and we act on verified requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your account is closed at once: you can no longer sign in, and all sign-in sessions and push notification subscriptions are removed.
  • We keep the closed account for 30 days so a deletion made by mistake can be undone if you email us. After that the account is permanently deleted.
  • Permanent deletion removes your name, email address, sign-in details, profile, study progress, answers, scores, flashcard ratings, notes, study plan, preferences, access records, AI usage records, and our copy of your order history.
  • Community posts and messages you shared with other learners may be removed or kept without your name and email.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Payment records: if you bought a plan on the website, Paddle, our merchant of record, keeps transaction, invoice and tax records under its own privacy policy for as long as tax and accounting law requires (often 6 to 10 years). Deleting your SafePath account does not delete Paddle's records.
  • Security and legal records: limited server logs and records needed to prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, or meet legal duties are kept only as long as needed for that purpose, and then deleted.
  • Backups: deleted data can stay in database backups until those backups expire on their normal schedule.

Deleting your account ends any remaining paid access. It does not cancel or refund a purchase by itself; see the Refund Policy.
