Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information SafePath CSP collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Effective: September 24, 2026
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, account identifiers, authentication data, and communication preferences.
- Learning activity: classes viewed, answers, scores, study progress, saved preferences, certificates, and feature usage.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device details, approximate location derived from IP, logs, cookies, and diagnostic data.
- Communications and content: support messages, feedback, reports, community posts, and information you submit to interactive or AI-assisted features.
- Purchase information: plan, transaction status, subscription identifiers, and billing history received from Paddle. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure accounts; deliver study features; record progress and entitlements; process subscriptions; personalize learning; respond to support requests; detect abuse and technical problems; understand and improve the service; communicate service, billing, and policy updates; and comply with legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract, legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, consent where requested, and compliance with legal obligations.
If you explicitly subscribe to the CSP-11 study-sheet sequence and confirm your email address, we send a delivery message and two short follow-ups over five days. The sheet is available without subscribing. Each sequence email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your study account.
3. Payments and service providers
Paddle is our merchant of record and independently processes checkout, payment, tax, subscription, fraud-prevention, and refund information under its own privacy terms. We may also use hosting, database, authentication, email, analytics, security, customer-support, and AI service providers that process information only to deliver their services to us.
When you intentionally use an AI-assisted feature, the text needed to answer your request may be sent to an AI provider. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive personal information to those features.
Read Paddle’s Privacy Policy4. When information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers, Paddle, professional advisers, and authorities when necessary to operate the service, complete transactions, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or comply with law. If SafePath CSP is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use essential browser storage and cookies for sign-in, security, settings, and core functionality. We may use analytics technologies to understand page usage and improve performance. Browser controls can block some cookies, but doing so may prevent account or study features from working correctly.
6. Retention, security, and international processing
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including maintaining your account, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting tax, accounting, and legal duties. Retention periods vary by data type. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
SafePath CSP and its providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing; receive a portable copy; withdraw consent; or complain to a data-protection authority. You may update some information in your account and request account deletion from the account page. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally permitted or required.
8. Children and policy updates
SafePath CSP is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can investigate.
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows the latest revision.
