Refund Policy
This policy explains cancellations, renewal charges, and the limited situations in which a refund may be available.
Effective: October 3, 2026
1. Digital access is generally non-refundable
SafePath CSP subscriptions provide immediate access to digital educational content and software. Once access has been activated or used, payments are generally final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved by Paddle. We do not normally provide partial, prorated, or unused-time refunds.
2. Failed CSP result extension, not a refund
A failed CSP result does not create a cash refund for used digital access. Pro and Premium learners may request one 90-day extension of the same plan when they complete the Recommended track and one 200-item mock, then fail the CSP while access is active or within 30 days after it ends.
Finish the Recommended track and one 200-item mock on Pro or Premium. If you then fail the CSP, apply with the failed result notice; after administrator verification, we extend that plan 90 days once. This is extra study time, not a refund, and not a promise that you will pass.
Recommended-track completion means at least 6 of 8 sections opened and a drill score of 70% or higher for each Recommended class. Submit one 200-item mock on the same account. The failed CSP sitting must occur while paid access is active or within 30 days after it ends. After the evidence is approved, the same plan is extended for 90 days starting on the approval date; study history is retained. All paid Pro/Premium terms qualify, including monthly, 3+1 and 5+3 promotional packages; the full purchased access period includes bonus months. Free, Starter, trials and unpaid promotional grants are excluded. One extension per purchase; a second failure does not create a second extension or a refund. Apply through the signed-in extension request form: select your verified purchase, enter your exam date and candidate details, and upload the failed result notice. An administrator verifies payment, identity, preparation dates and the failed result before approving or rejecting the request. Track the decision in your account. Do not upload card numbers.
Apply for an exam extension3. Cancelling renewal
Paid SafePath access does not auto-renew unless checkout expressly states otherwise before payment. If you purchased an explicitly recurring plan, you may cancel automatic renewal at any time. Cancellation prevents the next subscription charge and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You normally keep access through that date. Cancelling does not reverse a charge already completed and does not create a refund for the remaining days in the current period.
Use the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt or Paddle customer portal. If you cannot access that link, contact us before the next renewal date.
4. Refund exceptions
We will review requests involving a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, failure to provide purchased access, or another verified billing error. Approval is not guaranteed and may require account and transaction details. Paddle may also issue a refund when required by law, to address fraud or payment error, or under its merchant-of-record obligations.
5. Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Some jurisdictions provide a withdrawal or cooling-off right. For digital content or services supplied immediately, that right may end after you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge the applicable consequence. Paddle will apply mandatory local consumer law to eligible requests.
6. How to request help
For the fastest assistance, use the support or subscription link in your Paddle receipt. You may also email suggestions@safepath-csp.com with the purchaser email, transaction number, purchase date, and reason for the request. Do not send full card details.
Paddle, as merchant of record, processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
