SafePath CSP User Guide

A practical guide to the SafePath CSP learning platform: where to find each feature, how to use it, and what your access limits mean.

Getting started

Create or sign in to your account

Use Google for the fastest sign-in, or use the email/password option. After login, open Dashboard to see your learning status.

Choose your study path

Use Study for structured modules and notes. Use CSP-11 Domains to understand the blueprint and connect study topics to the exam.

Find anything quickly

Use the Find a tool search at the top of the app. Search terms such as mock, flashcards, calculator, eligibility, exam day, or plan take you directly to the feature.

Practice & exam preparation

Practice Questions

Use Practice for targeted drills and immediate learning. Review explanations after answering and revisit weak topics.

Mock Exams

Use Mock Exams for timed exam-style practice. Your available attempts and question count depend on the access limits assigned to your account.

Flashcards

Use Flashcards for active recall. Mark difficult concepts for later review and repeat them until recall becomes reliable.

Progress & Readiness

Use Progress to review completion, performance, and readiness indicators. Treat readiness as a study signal rather than a guarantee of an exam result.

AI, progress & completion

Class AI Tutor

Open a learner lesson and select Ask class AI for an explanation, field example, exam scenario, or your own question. The page shows whether the action is included and how many requests remain.

Study Coach

Use Study Coach for evidence-based recommendations from stored misses and error codes. It is not the conversational AI Tutor.

Completing a lesson

A standard lesson counts as properly complete after at least 6 of 8 sections are opened and the drill is passed at 70% or higher. Class 1 also requires its video, three PtD flashcards, and teach-back.

Progress Report

Progress combines recorded lesson, practice, mock, plan, and study-time evidence. You can change the reporting window and download PDF or Excel when the report is available.

Planning & reference tools

Study Plan

Set a practical study schedule and use the plan to keep your preparation consistent.

CSP Eligibility Checker

Use the eligibility tool as a preparation aid. Always confirm current eligibility requirements with the official certification body before applying.

CSP Application Guide

Follow the application roadmap, document preparation guidance, and exam planning information provided in SafePath.

Calculator & Formula Reference

Use the calculator and formula reference while studying quantitative topics. Practice without assistance as you approach exam conditions.

Account & access

Account

Review your account information and available access. If a feature is unavailable, it may be restricted by your current plan or entitlement.

Plans and limits

SafePath can assign a package and can apply individual overrides. Limits can include mock exams, question count, flashcards, lessons, audio lessons, AI tutor requests, and assessments.

Suspended accounts

A suspended account cannot use protected application features until an administrator restores active access.

Administrator guide

Managing users and access

1. Open Administration

Administrators use the Administration page to manage packages and user rights. The backend also enforces administrator permissions, so changing a browser link cannot grant access.

2. Manage a user

Select Manage beside a user to change status, role, package, entitlement expiry, individual numeric limits, and feature rights.

3. Use package defaults

Leave an individual override disabled when the user should inherit the package setting. This keeps package changes consistent across users.

4. Protect the Super Admin

The designated Super Admin account is protected from ordinary role/status changes and deletion. Keep this account secure and do not share its credentials.

5. Create custom packages

Use the package editor for a custom access tier. Built-in Free, Pro, and Premium packages are protected from direct editing.

6. Deleting accounts

Account deletion is permanent and requires exact email confirmation plus a final confirmation step. Use it only when necessary.

Open Administration

If something is not working

  1. Refresh the page and try the feature again.
  2. Confirm that you are signed in to the intended account.
  3. Check Account and your assigned access limits.
  4. If Progress Report fails, use Retry report; your saved evidence is not changed by a failed request.
  5. If you are an administrator, open Administration and use Refresh to reload current user/package data.
  6. For authentication problems, sign out and sign in again using the same provider you normally use.
